03. Design System
Where Product Design Meets Luxury Brand Vision
In collaboration with Valtech’s product designer, I helped establish a design system that balanced usability, consistency, and Harry Winston’s distinctive visual language.
Combining product design expertise with my deep understanding of the brand, we developed reusable UI patterns and design principles to support a cohesive experience across the website.
The system provided a foundation for ongoing improvements while preserving the elegance and attention to detail central to the brand.

04. Creative Workflow & Figma Adoption
Establishing a Collaborative Design Workflow
In 2024, I led the adoption of Figma within the digital creative team, introducing a more collaborative and structured approach to design production.
I established a shared file and folder architecture, organized design resources, and guided team members through the transition to a centralized workflow.
This created a more consistent environment for collaboration, design reviews, and ongoing digital projects.

My Role & Impact
Connecting Design, Teams, and Execution
Throughout the website’s evolution, I served as a bridge between luxury brand creative direction, digital product design, and technical execution.
My role combined hands-on design with cross-functional leadership—aligning internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners around a consistent creative vision.
From the initial redesign to years of ongoing enhancements, I helped shape a digital experience that remained faithful to Harry Winston’s identity while adapting to evolving user needs and technologies.
